Не предложи да правим протокол или нещо друго. А нямаше как да върнем поръчката, защото беше платена. Казахме за проблем на ТЕД, но те отказаха да ни компенсират, защото трябвало да направим протокол на момента. Ние нямаше как да знаем какво се прави с платена поръчка и служителят на Еконт също не ни каза за този вариант с протокол. За забавянето и това, че не беше на руло отново нямали вина. Затова не препоръчвам.
Иначе самият матрак може и да е удобен. Все още не мога да кажа, защото се чудим как да го транспортираме до вилата ни, тъй като не е на руло....

HOW CAN I PAY FOR AN ONLINE ORDER?
We offer various payment methods: cash on delivery; bank transfer; debit or credit card; or in installments.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
The shipment confirmation email includes a tracking link to the courier’s website, where you can check the current status of your order.
If you are registered and have a Customer Account at ted.bg, go to the left menu and select “My Orders” to find the order number and its current status.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY COST?
Delivery of products ordered from www.ted.bg is free for orders over BGN 50 and costs BGN 5 for orders under BGN 50 within Bulgaria.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Deliveries are made within 10 business days if the ordered items are in stock.
If the products are not in stock, the production time is up to 20 business days.
HOW CAN I RETURN A PURCHASED PRODUCT?
You have the right to return a purchased product within 14 days from the date of receipt.
