Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website. By using ted.bg, you are considered to have accepted and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

These TERMS AND CONDITIONS govern the relationship between TED BED EAD (hereinafter referred to as ted.bg) and the Users of the electronic (Internet) pages and services located on the domain ted.bg (hereinafter referred to as the Site), as well as their use of the informational and commercial services provided by TED BED EAD (hereinafter referred to as the Services).
These Terms and Conditions are binding for all users who register on the site ted.bg. By clicking on any object, link, or button located on the pages of ted.bg (except for the link to these Terms and Conditions), the User agrees, fully accepts, and undertakes to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
TED BED EAD is a company registered in the Republic of Bulgaria with its headquarters and registered address at: 222a “6th of September” Blvd., Plovdiv; listed in the Commercial Register with UIC 200908653.

1. Conditions for using the ted.bg Website

By using this Site, the User acknowledges and agrees that all informational services and the Website are provided "as is".
The User understands and agrees that some products displayed on the Site may be shown as available in physical stores but may be out of stock at the time an online order is placed.
The User is informed and agrees that their order may be subject to modifications, which ted.bg is obligated to communicate via the provided email and/or phone number or by another suitable means prior to confirming shipment. Please note that product images are for illustrative purposes only and the actual products delivered may vary slightly.

2. User Obligations During Registration

To use the ted.bg website, the User agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete information when filling out the registration form (hereinafter referred to as Personal Data). If incorrect, outdated, or incomplete information is submitted, ted.bg reserves the right to deactivate and/or delete the User’s profile and deny further access to all or part of its services. ted.bg is not responsible for incorrectly or inaccurately processed orders due to incorrect information provided by the User.

3. Personal Data Protection

TED BED EAD processes personal data collected through its website https://ted.bg in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Bulgarian data protection laws.

3.1. What is Personal Data

“Personal data” refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, particularly by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to their physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity.

3.2. Types of Personal Data We Process

The categories of personal data we collect include standard personal information such as names, email address, physical address, IP address, and phone number.

3.3. Purpose of Collecting Personal Data

We collect and process personal data for the following purposes: operation of our online store; fulfilling your online orders based on contractual obligations; supporting the functionality of our services; marketing of TED BED EAD products and services; use of cookies. We may also use your data to send important notices related to your purchases or changes to our policies. Internally, data may be used for audits, analysis, and research to improve our products, services, and customer communication. If you participate in events, contests, or promotions, we may use the information you provide to manage these activities.

3.4. Legal Grounds for Processing Your Data

To fulfill an order placed on ted.bg, we collect and process your name, phone number, delivery address, and email based on a contractual agreement under Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR.
For account registration, we process your first and last name and email address with your explicit consent.
For purchases made on credit through the ted.bg platform, we may process your national ID number (EGN) as a data processor on behalf of the credit provider (e.g., TBI Bank EAD), in compliance with their privacy policies and your request for financing.
For invoicing purposes, we process your name, EGN, and address, and where applicable, business entity details, based on our legal obligation under the Accounting Act.
To send newsletters, promotions, and updates, we process your email based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR.
We use cookies and your IP address to improve the user experience and ensure website security, based on our legitimate interest.
If you contact us via email, phone, or our contact form, we process your personal data to respond to your inquiry, either on a pre-contractual basis or based on our existing agreement.
To collect customer feedback and improve our services, we may email you post-purchase for product reviews. You can opt out at any time. With your consent, your name and review may be published on the relevant product page.
Based on our legitimate interest to increase sales, we may send you reminder emails if you abandon your shopping cart. An opt-out option will be provided in such communications.

3.5. Sharing Your Personal Data

In certain cases, TED BED EAD may share your personal data with trusted partners who provide services on our behalf—such as delivery or marketing services. Your personal data is shared solely to help improve our services, products, or advertising and will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose your data when required by law, legal process, or requests from government authorities. We may also disclose data to protect national security, law enforcement, or other matters of public concern.

3.6. Data Transfers Outside the EU

As a rule, TED BED EAD does not transfer your data to third countries outside the EU. If data is transferred outside the EU, it is done in full compliance with GDPR safeguards, typically when cooperating with a service provider under a binding agreement.

3.7. Data Retention Periods

Personal data related to purchases or complaints is stored for 5 years from the date of delivery, or from the last action regarding a complaint. If a legal case is initiated, the data is retained until the case is closed by final court decision.
Invoice-related personal data is stored for 10 years from January 1st of the year following the accounting period.
If you make a purchase with financing, your personal data related to the credit is returned or deleted after the contract is fulfilled.
Data processed based on consent is retained until consent is withdrawn. Deletion will occur within 2 months of the withdrawal.

3.8. Data Security Measures

We apply technical and organizational security measures to protect your data. These include data minimization, built-in privacy safeguards, and access limitations to ensure only data necessary for specific purposes is processed.

3.9. Your Rights

Regarding your personal data, you have the following rights:

Right to access and obtain a copy of your personal data at any time;
Right to transfer your personal data to another controller without hindrance;
Right to request correction of inaccurate or outdated data;
Right to request erasure of your personal data without undue delay if: the data is no longer needed; consent is withdrawn; you object to the processing; the processing is unlawful; deletion is required for compliance with EU or national law; or the data was collected in relation to information society services. We may deny deletion only under specific lawful conditions such as legal claims or obligations.

6. Purchasing Products and/or Services Presented on ted.bg

You have the right to order any of the products and services listed on ted.bg. When placing an order, you can choose the type and quantity of goods, the delivery method, and the timeframe—based on the available options shown on the website. At any time before the final confirmation of your order by completing the online purchase form, you can modify the selected products and services. By placing an order on the website, you enter into a contractual relationship with TED BED EAD regarding that specific order, which is governed by these General Terms and Conditions. By submitting an order, you accept these General Terms, and they become part of your purchase agreement. The order is considered final once you receive confirmation, following the instructions provided on the website.

ted.bg reserves the right to change the prices listed on the website at any time and at its sole discretion, without being required to notify you in advance. You are obliged to pay the price listed on the website at the time of placing the order, regardless of whether it is later updated. In the event of technical errors in the published information that make it impossible to fulfill your order, ted.bg has the right to cancel the order and is only required to refund any amount paid and/or deposited by you for the canceled order, if applicable.

7. Delivery of Purchased Goods

The delivery period for items ordered from ted.bg to your specified address is within 20 business days from the confirmation of your order. This period may be extended due to company holidays, which are announced on the homepage of the website. In all cases of possible delays, you will be promptly informed by a member of our team. Deliveries are made using the method you selected during checkout and within the indicated timeframe. ted.bg reserves the right to extend the stated delivery timeframes, with prior written notice from a TED BED EAD representative.

Delivery is free for orders over BGN 50 and costs BGN 5 for orders under BGN 50, valid within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Exceptions apply if you are notified otherwise by a TED BED EAD representative or if special conditions are listed on the product page. Delivery is made to the customer's address. Neither TED nor the courier partner is responsible for carrying the product to your front door (in multifamily buildings) or bringing it inside your home.

ted.bg may request additional order confirmation via phone, fax, or email. If you refuse to provide the required information, the order will be automatically canceled, with or without further notice. Delivery charges are shown under each product’s information and are automatically calculated into the final order total. ted.bg is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control. Upon delivery, you or an authorized representative must carefully inspect the goods.

If you notice visible damage upon delivery—such as scratches, impact marks, or other defects—you must sign a damage report in the courier’s presence immediately and notify our Customer Service team at 0700 19600 or via email at [email protected].

Once the package is accepted without any remarks, any subsequent claims for visible defects will be considered unjustified and will not be honored.

If an incorrect address, contact name, or phone number is provided, TED BED EAD is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect customer information. When receiving the goods, you or your authorized representative must sign the accompanying documents. Any person at the delivery address who accepts the delivery is considered your authorized representative.

If you are not available at the address during the delivery time and/or access is not granted, ted.bg is released from its obligation to deliver the order, and you forfeit your rights related to the order. If the order was prepaid, the value will be refunded to you.

If the delivered items clearly do not match the order and this can be established by simple inspection, you may request a replacement within 24 hours by contacting our Logistics department at 0700 19600.

ted.bg reserves the right to change the delivery partner without prior notice, provided it does not affect the delivery method or timeframe.

8. Payment for Purchased Goods and Services

If paying in cash upon delivery, you are required to pay the full order amount to the courier or TED BED EAD representative. If you return the product partially or in full within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery, we will refund the corresponding amount. If you do not exercise your right of return within this period, your payment is automatically considered final and applied to the value of the purchased products or services.

When paying via bank transfer, you must deposit the total amount for the confirmed order to the TED BED EAD bank account listed on the invoice. The order will be shipped only after the payment is confirmed. The same return and refund policy applies as described above.

When paying via virtual POS terminal, the full order amount is deposited online. The order will be fulfilled only after the transaction is successfully completed. The same 14-day return and refund policy applies.

9. Order Cancellation and Returns

You have the right to cancel and return your online order within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the goods, provided that the products are in their original condition (outer packaging may be opened), with complete accessories, intact appearance, and accompanied by the original invoice and warranty card, in accordance with Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Act.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use the return form or send a clear statement of your decision to cancel the contract via email to [email protected].

You can complete the Return Form and send it to TED.

You must return the products to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

If the products cannot be returned by regular mail due to their nature, we will arrange a pickup date and time with you.

Returned items must include the return slip attached to the order confirmation document. Items returned without the completed Return Form will be sent back to the sender.

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned items. You are allowed to test the products only to the extent necessary to determine their nature, features, and functionality. If damage is found (such as contamination or misuse), only a partial refund will be issued based on the extent of the damage.

We recommend returning the products via courier with insurance coverage. To cancel the contract, you must notify us of your name, address, phone number, and decision in writing via mail or email. You bear all transportation costs related to the return, including on-site inspection and delivery to TED BED EAD’s warehouse.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, you must send your cancellation notice before the end of the 14-day period.

*The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made items that are not part of TED BED EAD’s standard product portfolio.

Such products include:

single-sided or double-sided mattresses with non-standard sizes;
bed bases with non-standard sizes;
beds with non-standard sizes;
other custom-sized products.

10. Warranty Service

For every order that includes items eligible for warranty service, you will receive the warranty period information along with your order confirmation. The conditions of the commercial warranty are described in the warranty card, which is included in the package with each product eligible for warranty support. You may lose your rights under the commercial warranty in the following cases:

a) if the damage is caused by improper use;
b) if the physical integrity of the product is compromised;
c) if there is chemical, electrical or other damage unrelated to the normal use of the product;

The products and services listed on this website are subject only to the terms and information outlined here, and no warranties beyond those stated—including commercial or fitness-for-purpose guarantees—are provided. Outlet products are covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. If you're returning a product for a claim or repair, please make sure it is securely packaged. Loading and unloading services related to returns are not covered by TED BED EAD.

11. Product Conformity. Consumer Information. Alternative Dispute Resolution

All products listed on the site and/or sold via the online store are covered by a conformity warranty under the Law on the Supply of Digital Content and Digital Services and the Sale of Goods (LSDCDSSG). You’ll find detailed information about your rights in case of product non-conformity in the warranty card delivered with your item.

The commercial warranty does not affect your statutory rights under the LSDCDSSG.

Alternative dispute resolution bodies under Article 181n, para. 4 of the CPA are the conciliation commissions at the Consumer Protection Commission. For disputes related to online purchases, you can also use the platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

This section applies only to consumers as defined in §13, item 1 of the Additional Provisions of the CPA and §6, item 6 of the Additional Provisions of the LSDCDSSG.

12. Customer Reviews

To ensure that all product reviews are genuine and trustworthy, in line with Article 68b, paragraph 2, we only process and publish reviews (positive or negative) from users who have actually ordered the product through the ted.bg online store.

These reviews are verified and moderated by an administrator through the ted.bg admin panel and/or our internal ERP system.

Only reviews that refer to the features, quality, and usage of the purchased product will be published. Feedback regarding customer service, delivery, or unrelated aspects will not be published.

13. Offers and Product Display in ted.bg

13.1. Offers in the Monthly Promotions Category

Products in the "Monthly Promotions" category are new items with full warranty, offered at a discounted price for a limited period – from the 1st to the last day of the respective month, or until stocks last within the specified promotional period.
After the promotional period ends, the products are offered at their standard price unless included in a new promotional campaign.

13.2. Offers in the Outlet Category

The Outlet category includes new and unused products that are no longer in production and are available at a special reduced price. No original price or discount percentage is indicated, as the price is final.
Each item in this category has guaranteed quality but comes with a warranty period of 2 years. The specific warranty duration is clearly stated in the description of each model.
Products in the Outlet category are offered while stocks last, with no new deliveries or possibilities for additional orders of the same items planned.

14. Other Terms

ted.bg reserves the right to unilaterally change any delivery terms or other information published on the site without prior notice. We may also send you messages about new products and services, promotions, or changes to delivery terms and other relevant information.
