COMPLAINTS

 

 

You can submit a complaint request in writing through one of the following options:

Products with non-standard sizes are handled via repair. The repair conditions apply only within the territory of Bulgaria.



A mattress purchased in a roll must be opened by the customer within 30 days of the purchase date. Otherwise, the manufacturer is not responsible for restoring the mattress’s quality.



In case of replacement for a complaint, the customer must pack the complained mattress and hand it over to the same courier who will deliver the replacement. For complaints, there is no service for lifting or lowering mattresses. The cost of the new product and transportation is covered.



In case of replacement, customers who have filed a complaint cannot use discounts, promotions, or special offers available on the ted.bg website.

With each order of goods subject to warranty service, TED.bg sends the customer the warranty period for the purchased items along with the order confirmation. The conditions of the provided commercial warranty are described in the warranty card packed with each product subject to warranty service.
