Why Good Sleep is the Key to a Healthier Life

Every March, the world observes World Sleep Day – an international initiative aimed at raising awareness about the importance of quality sleep. In 2025, we at TED BED are proud to celebrate this special day alongside our friends and experts from Somnolog.bg to help more people understand and improve their sleep.

What is World Sleep Day?

World Sleep Day is a global campaign organized by the World Sleep Society, highlighting the importance of good sleep for physical and mental health. Every year, the theme of this day focuses on different aspects of sleep, including its role in productivity, emotional well-being, and even longevity.

 

How is it celebrated around the world?

World Sleep Day is celebrated in over 70 countries worldwide through various initiatives – from lectures and seminars to social campaigns and engaging events. Medical experts, organizations, and brands share useful information, offer free consultations, and promote the importance of healthy sleep through digital and offline activities.
