GIVEAWAY IN STAROSEL WITH TED

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Organizer is TED BED EAD, UIC 200908653, with registered office and management address: Plovdiv, 222A “Shesti Septemvri” Blvd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
2. These rules for conducting the giveaway are binding on the Organizer and all participants in the game.

DURATION

1. The participation period is from 28.01.2026 to 08.02.2026 inclusive.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION AND CONDUCT OF THE GIVEAWAY

1. The giveaway is open to all persons who:

• are natural persons;
• are 18 years of age or older;
• have followed the page on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/ted_bg/, and have tagged one (1) friend under post https://www.instagram.com/p/DUDG4ogjT8s/ during the period from 28.01.2026 to 08.02.2026 inclusive;

1. By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to these rules and undertake to comply with them at all times. The rules are published at the following web address: https://www.instagram.com/p/DUDG4ogjT8s/
2. The drawing of the winners will be conducted at random between 09.02.2026 and 11.02.2026 in the presence of a committee composed of representatives of the Organizer. A report certifying the results of the draw will be prepared.
3. The winners will be announced on the Organizer’s Instagram page: https://www.instagram.com/ted_bg/
4. If confirmation is not received from a winner within 3 days, the Organizer may replace the respective participant with a reserve winner.
5. Participation in the giveaway is not conditional upon a purchase.

• By accepting the Rules, participants in the giveaway confirm that they have read this section of the Rules. We may also separately and/or additionally request confirmation that they have read this section;
• By providing their data, participants declare their consent to participate in the campaign, accept its terms, and give their consent for their personal data (first and last name, email, phone number) to be processed by TED BED EAD as a personal data controller for the purposes of conducting the campaign;
• The provided personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), the Personal Data Protection Act, and all other applicable Bulgarian legislation related to personal data protection;
• TED BED EAD will be the contact point regarding the processing of personal data in connection with the giveaway. • Data retention periods: the personal data of finalists, including the winner, will be stored for a period of 5 (five) years from the selection of the winner. Any written or email correspondence with participants will also be stored for a period of 5 (five) years from the selection of the winner.
