Sleep is an art, and we know its secrets…

TED is organizing the event “Sleep Week,” which will take place from March 15 (Wednesday) to March 18 (Saturday), 2023, at the "Ivan Chernozemsky" House, 5 Tsanko Lavrenov St., Old Town, Plovdiv.
We have invited guest lecturers, sleep specialists from the Medical University of Plovdiv, the Alexiev & son Neurology and Neurorehabilitation Center in Sofia, and the Inspiro Pulmonary Diseases and Sleep Medicine Center in Sofia. They will introduce you to the specifics of sleep, share interesting stories, and offer many useful tips related to yoga practices, tea, aromatherapy before bedtime, and more.
