Procedure for Online Application for a targeted consumer loan at commercial partners of "TBI Bank" EAD

The main steps in the online lending process are:

1. The customer selects the item(s) he/she wants to buy at checkout and adds it/them to the cart/basket. Selects the payment method "installment purchases".

2. The method is applicable only for goods over 150 BGN

3. With the help of a specially developed "TBI Bank" EAD calculator, the client can choose the repayment period, the price of the goods, and deferred payment options and find the most convenient monthly installment. The system will automatically calculate all the fields.

4. Once the payment plan is selected, to proceed, please give your consent to the processing of personal data. For this purpose, the customer gets acquainted with the document "Request for consumer credit application" and marks the box for "Consent". In this way, he forms an electronic declaration that confirms he read and accepted the conditions.

5. The customer fills in the application form with the following data - name, ID number, phone, email, and address.

6. The customer must read and accept the General Terms and Conditions for online purchases.

NOTE: We recommend that after confirming the personal data, the customer has the opportunity to check everything selected so far - product, payment plan, and personal data. This round of the process depends on the technical capabilities and preferences of the merchant. The customer can see the entire order information displayed on the site, receive a confirmation email, or in another way.

7. After customer confirmation of all the information on the order, the merchant sends all entered data to the following email: [email protected] in "TBI Bank" EAD.

In the Subject field, the merchant fills out the name of the company that sent the request and the order number.

8. The customer is informed (via website) that within one hour (during the working hours of "TBI Bank" EAD from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.) his request will be considered and will be notified by the merchant about the final decision.

9. The employee of "TBI Bank" EAD contacts the customer by phone and provides the necessary information for the financing request.

Do you consent to the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes?”

10. The following is a comment and evaluation of the request from "TBI Bank" EAD. The final standpoint of "TBI Bank" EAD is returned to the e-mail indicated by the merchant (the merchant has access and also checks his status in the Smart Info information system in "T BI Bank" EAD).

11. The merchant informs the customer about the position of the requested loan. If it is approved, the merchant has to do the following:

- to prepare, complete, and sign all documents accompanying the consumer credit agreement

- to organize and send (at own expense) to the customer all of the documents for signature and return to the merchant.

12. The merchant submits the following documents to "TBI Bank" EAD:

- A signed copy of the consumer loan agreement.

- Application-declaration for consumer loan signed by the customer.

- Insurance certificate signed by the customer, in case the customer has chosen secured credit.

- A copy of the client's identity card, hand-signed and written “True to the original!” by the customer.

- Copy of the goods invoice.

- Other documents, is it is needed.

13. After verifying and reporting the above documents, TBI Bank EAD settles its financial relations with the merchant.

14. When the goods are returned by the customer within the legal 7-day period for online sales, the merchant notifies "TBI Bank" EAD in order to cancel the contract according to the competent order.
